TESTIMONIALS
"In the past we used to search for casual work to survive as our farming did not make us enough income to support our families. However, since the training we are now our own employers. Soon we will need to employ our own labourers to help us with our farming."
“I must admit that what you see you is largely a result of Build Africa’s immense support to this CBO. Initially I practiced farming to get something harvest for my family consumption. When Build Africa Kenya came in, they advocated for agribusiness rather than agriculture for consumption. Their training was majorly practical."
“Since I joined the CBO, a lot has changed. Farming has become a passion and for sure it pays well. I am proud of being a farmer. I have learnt about feed formulation and I have been able to formulate feeds for my 3 dairy cows. This has led to increased milk production."
